THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on June 22, 1976,
upon a Motion filed b_y the law firm of Brennan, McAliley,
Albury and Hayskar to withdraw as counsel of record for the
Husband, and this Court having considered the merits of
said Motion, having heard oral arqument of counsel, and having
• otherwise been f_ully advised in the premises, it is, ,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Withdraw
~ is hereby granted, and that the law firm of Brennan, McAliley, :
Albury and Hayskar is no longer counsel of record for the `
~ Husband, DAVID R. HILL, in this cause. `

i IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the trial

; presently scheduled to take place on July 15, 1976, shall '
