FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 29th day of June, 1976,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that~ the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ,

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROBERT
PRINCE and CATHERINE PRINCE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing betw~en them and from the obligations t

arising therefrom. ~

2. CUSTODY. Custody of JODI PRINCE~ minor child of the ~

! pzrties~ is hereby awarded to CATHERINE PRINCE, with reasonable

~ visitation rights reserved to ROBERT PRINCE.

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 2nd day of July, 1976, ROBERT
~ PRINCE shall pay to CATHERINE PRINCE the sum of $30.00 each and
~
~ every week for the support of the child named above. Said support

~ shall continue to be paid until the minor child of the parties

Q finishes high school in June, 1977, or becomes emancipated, whichever

' first occurs.

~ 4. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement
