by him remitted promptly to PATRICLA ANN THOMAS, 805 North
32d Street, Fort Pierce, Florida. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk.- .A 11 payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered

to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. '

and LEWIS THOMAS, 1t. is ordered to pay said attorney said sum
together with costs herein assessed at $40.00.
6. Jurisdiction of this ca use, and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of sueh further orders as may be proper.
