THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the Complaint ~

of Geraldine Lanham to establish an Ohio decree as a Florida judg-
ment, and the Court having heard testimony and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - ~

l. That the Ohio decree rendered by the Common Pleas Court ~
!
of Warren County, Ohio, dated May 19, 1970, and introduced into ~
evidence in this proceeding is recognized and entitled to full
fiath and credit in the State of Florida. ~

! 2. That Arthur Glenn Lanham shall pay to Geraldine Lanham ~
~
j the sum of $62.50 per week for the support and rnaintenance of the ~
4
# minor children, Dianne Dee Lanham and Michael Quinn Lanham; said
~
€
~ payments beginning July 6, 1976.
That Arthur Glenn Lanham is determined to be the father
~ of Richard Glenn Lanham, and further that Arthur Glenn Lanham shall
~ pay to Geraldine Lanham the sum of $31.25 per week for the support `
}
~
and maintenance of the said minor child, Richard Glenn Lanham; said j
~
~
~ payments beginning July 6, 1976, and making a total weekly child '
- !
; support payment of $93.75. ;

~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and '

~ ~
~ by him remitted promptly to Geraldine Lanham. In addition, there :

~ is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added
