This cause came on for a Final Hearing on the 29th day of June,
1976, upon Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and Husband's
Counter-Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court having heard `

~ testimony of JUSTINE SALVA, and petitioner's witness, and being fully ;
. ~
advised in the premises, the Court finds and decides as follows: ~

l. DISSOLUTION OF MhRRIAGE: The marriage between the Petitioner, ~
~
JUSTINE SALVA, and the Respondent, WILLIAM J. SALVA, be and the same is
. ~
hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby forever ~
freed fram the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ~

the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREII~NT: The parties in this action ;

after full disclosure have voluntarily executed a Property Settlement Agree- ~
! ment dated June 24, 1976, which has been submitted to this Court as Exhibit
~ ;
~
~ "A", and is hereby incorporated in its entirety into this Judgment, and the '
~
~ ,
~ parties are ordered to comply with all terms of the Agreement.

~ 3. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN NAME: The Wife's former name of BRYANT

~ is ordered restored to her.
~ .
~ 4. NRISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
~ hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. :
