Depar.tment of Health and Rehabilatitive Services, and it appearing ~

Court that Catholic Social Services, Inc., a child placing agency
licensed by the Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative ~

Se rvice$ has filed its recommendation for adoption and consent t

to the adoption of the minor child, SHARON MAURINE LANE, and that ~

the Pe titioners are fit ~neY gro~per persons to adopt said minor child,
and that said minor child is suitable for adoption by Petitioners, ~
that the Petitioners have given careful supervision to the health and ~

welfare of said child; that the best interest of the said minor =

child will be produced by said adoption; that no objections have been ~

i interposed to such adoption and the Court being fully advised in the

j IT IS THEREUPON, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:

hereby, declared to be the daughter and legal heir of JACK LANE and

ELIZABETH M. LANE, his wife, entitled to all rights and privileges,

~ an d subject to all obligations of a child born to such parents in _
