PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The Petition of~PAULEEN B. KETCHAM, Personal Represen-
tative of the Estate of the above-described decedent respect-
fully shows:
1. George H. Ketcham died testate a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, on September 22, 1974. His Last Will and
Testament dated i~ovember 30, 1971, and First Codicil thereto
dated August 22, 1973, were admitted to probate and letters
of administration were issued to Petitioner on October 29,
1974. '
2. Petitioner has fully administered the estate, has
made payment, settlement or other disposition of all the
claims and debts that were presented and has paid or made

i provision for payment of all expenses of administration.
~ 3. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
~ with the Federal Government and with the State of Florida,

' and has obtained and filed with this Court evidence of the
~
~ satisfaction of this estate's obligation to both the United
€ States of America and with the State of Florida for those
taxes.
~ 4. Petitioner files with this Petition her Final Ac-
~ - counting containing a complete report of all receipts and
~ disbursements since December 31, 1974, the date of the first
~ annual accounting. r

~ 5. As provided in Article V of decedent's Last Will
~
~ and Testament as amended by First Codicil thereto, the
~
~ residue of the estate was devised to Petitioner and First
~ -
~
~ National Bank ~ Trust Company of Stuart as Co-Trustees for
