The only asset in the residuary estate if 106 a shares of the common stock of IBM Corporation with an in- ~ , ~ ventory value of $18,009.50. Because of the fees charged by a commercial trustee,• it is not economically feasible to establish the aforesaid trust. The First National Bank and Trust Company of Stuart has renounced its right~to act as co-trustee and all remaindermen of the trust have renounced their rights thereunder. Statements of renouncements by the aforesaid trustee and beneficiaries are attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. 7. Petitioner, with the consent of the remaindermen, has distributed the residuary assets of the estate to herself. ' 8. Petitioner, who is ~he sole beneficiary of all , . other assets of the estate and who has received distribution ~ thereof, hereby approves this petition and waives the thirty ~ (30) day period for objection to the accounting. ` 9.
