RENOUNCEMENT OF RIGHTS UNDER RESIDUARY TRUST
The undersigned, who is sui juris, hereby renounces
her interest as a remainderman under the residuary trust
i
established under Article V of the Last Will and Testament E
of George H. Ketcham, deceased, and assigns said interest
to Pauleen B. Ketcham.
The undersigned furthermore requests the Court to enter '
an order approving distribution of the residuary assets of
~the estate to the said ~Pauleen B. Ketcham free and clear of
the aforementioned trust and hereby waives the thirty (30)
' day period for objection to the final accounting of the
said Pauleen B. Ketcham as Personal Representative of the
~ Estate. ~ °
