The undersigned, who is sui juris, hereby renounces ~

his interest as a remainderman under the residuary trust ~

' established under Article V of the Last Will and Testament ;
of George H. Ketcham, deceased, and assigns said interest

to Pauleen B. Ketcham. ~
The undersigned furthermore requests the Court to enter ~

an order approving distribution of the residuary assets of s
the estate to the said Pauleen B. Ketcham free and cl~ar of
the aforementioned trust and hereby waives the thirty (30) ~ ~
day period for objection to the final accounting of the ~
said Pauleen B. Ketcham as Personal Representative of the ~
Estate. '
