RENOUNCEMENT OF RIGHTS UNDER RESIDUARY TRUST
The undersigned, who is sui juris, hereby renounces
his interest as a remainderman under the residuary trust
estab2~3~~3 •ander Article V of the Last Will and Testament
of George H. Ketcham, deceased, and assigns said interest
to Pauleen B. Ketcham.
c The undersigned furthermore requests the Court to enter
an order approving distribution of the residuary assets of
the estate to the said Pauleen B. Ketcham free and clear of
the aforementioned trust and hereby waives the thirty (30)
day period for objection to the final accounting of the
said Pauleen B. Ketcham as Personal Representative of the
Estate:
