The undersigned, parents and natural guardians of

Michael J. Germain and Matthew R. Germain, minors, hereby
renounce the interests of said minors as remaindermen under
the residuary trust established under-Article V of the Last
Will and Testament of George ri. Ketcham, deceased, and hereby
assign said interests to Pauleen B. Ketcham.
The undersigned furthermore request the Court to enter
an order approving distribution of the residuary assets of
the estate to the said Pauleen B. Ketcham free and clear of

i day period for objection to the final accounting of the said
