This cause having come on before the court on the
petition for discharge by PAULEEN B. KETCHAM, Personal
Representative of the Estate of George Ketcham, deceased,
and it appearing to the court that the petitioner has
filed all required estate tax returns with the Federal
Government and with the State of Florida, that claims of
creditors have been paid or otherwise disposed of, that
, the First National Bank and Trust Company of Stuart has
renounced its right to serve as co-trustee of the trust ;

established under Article V of the decedent's Last Will and
Testament and that all remaindermen under said trust have
renounced their rights thereunder, it is therefore, upon

consideration,
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED;

~ 1. Distribut~on of the assets of the residuary estate

~ to PAULEEN B. KETCHAM free and clear of the trust established
~
~ under Article V of the decedent's Last Will and Testament is

~ hereby ratified and confirmed.

~ 2. That PAULEEN B. RETCHAM is hereby discharged as
