The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
l. Petitioner has an interest in the above styled estate as
nominated personal representative and devisee. Petitioner's name
and address is:

and the name and office address of Petitioner's Attorney are as set
forth at the end of this petition.
2. Mae A. Gustavsen, whose last known address and domicile
was 8301 S. Indian River Drive, Fert Pierce, St. Lucie Count.y,
Florida, died testate on May 29, 1976, is Stuart, Florida.
3. As far as is knowrt the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate and relationship to the decedent, and the date of birth of any
who are minors are as follows: ~
