W I T N E S S E T H:
~ The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order of the
Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, St. Lucie County,
Florida, Probate Division, dated June 2, 1976, and in consideration
of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable consideration, grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to
the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever,
that certain real property situate and located in Palm Beach County,
Florida, as follows: • ~

known as OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND
as shown by the plat recorded in the office of the

Florida in Plat Book 16, page l:lA through 1J. also

recorded in Off. Rec. Bk. 186, p. 2720, and amended as
recorded in Off. Rec. Bk. 191, p. 1877, and then re-
recorded in Off. Rec. Bk. 192, p, 820, all of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
