tofore ot hereafter incuired, of an nsture whaucevet, shall remain unpaid, eit~er before or after the maturity
thereof, the said Borrowen wiU do the folbwing things~ to-wit:
(a) PaY promptly when due all fire and wind-storm insurancep~ emiums~ taxes. aaeumenu. dues and charges of
every kind imposed a levied upon thetr real and personalproperty pria to the time vrhen aay sueh sums shall

(b) Promptlypay whendue anyand all sums due and owing on any mortgage or other encumbrance oa t6e ptop-
erty hereinafter described and will never suffer or permit any mortgage lien or encumbrance thereon to be-

2. The Borrowen agtee that they wiU not. without first procuring the o~nsent in writing of the said Bank here-
after create or permit any lien a other encumbrance to exist on theirproperty, real orpe nonal. now owned or here-
after acquUed by them inc~uding. but not limited to~ theproperty fiereinaftec described,
