_ NOTICE OF APPEAL
The Plaintiffs, BUDDY L. SANSI~IG and VIRCINIA SANSING, his wife,
take and enter their Appeal to the Fourth District Court of ApDeal to
review the Order and Final Judgment entered in the above case in the
Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, dated June 3, 1976, and filed
June 3, 1976 in Official Record Book 253, at page 600. The nature of
the Order for Final Judgment appealed from is a Final Judgment in favor
; of the Defendants based upon a jury verdict. All parties to said-cause
t are called upon to take notice of the entry of this Appeal.
