who having been first duly sworn deposes and says:
That he is a duly Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Florida,
No. 1940 and that he is the Surveyor who prepared the Plat entitled

"VILLAS OF SANDPIPER BAY UNIT 1" as recorded in Plat Book 17,
Page 12 of the St. Lucie County Public Records and that upon sub- ~
sequent examination of said Plat found that in the "General Notes"
the Permanent Reference Monuments were ~indicated as being inscribed
with No. 1506 but in fact should have been inscribed with No. 1940.
Said Monuments have been set ir, the field and inscribed with

Now therefore in accordance ~~ith Florida Statutes Chapter 177.141
he has prepared this affidavit and caused same be recorded in the
