DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
~ This cause came on for trial the 30th day of June, 1976
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, •
finds and deterwines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and~

vife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED~as follows:
1. The ~arriage between BOBBY EUGENE BENNETT and
CAREN ANN BENNETT be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds

~ of matrimony heretofore existing between thera and from the

F obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. Custody of LISA ANN BENNETT, minor child of th~

~ parties, is hereby awarded to CAREN ANN BENNETT with reasonable

~ visitation rights reserved to BOBBY EUGENE BENNETT.

~ 3. Commencing the lOth day of July, 1976 BOBBY

- EUGENE BENNETT shall pay to CAREN ANN BENNETT the sum of S~
each and every week for the support of the child named above.

~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to CAREN ANN BENNETT. In addition there
