HomeMy WebLinkAbout0763 is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment•made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keeg the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailinq
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. Each of the parties is hereby restrained and
enjoined from interfering with, harassing or annoyinq the other.
5. Neither of the parties shall remove the minor
child without the jurisdiction of this Court except upon written
consent of the parties or by order of this Court. ee
6. The Court determines the sum of $~T ~ ~
to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein
and BOBBY EUGENE BENNETT is ordered to pay Errol S. Willes, Esquire,
of the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes said sum, together with
costs herein assessed at $40.50.
. 7. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties.
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
be proper.
