DISSOLUTION OF !lARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 30th day of_June, 1976
~ and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and detersines: This Court has jurisdiction of~the parties
and subject natter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife no~i eaists between the pa~rties; and that the marriage between -
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The mariiage between JACK H. MEYER and SYLVIA J.
MEYER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each

` of thea are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
i tofore existinq between them and from the obligations arising there-

~ 2. The Stipulation heretofore filed in this cause is

i hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered

, to coaply with the provisions thereof.

~ 3. SYLVIA J. MEYER be and she is hereby authorized

! to assume her former name of SYLVIA J. GREENWOOD and to use the same
in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
