. This cause came on for trial the 30th day of June,. '

1976 and the Court having given full consideration to all the ~

• evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction '

' of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the rela- ;
~
tion of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and. ;

' that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon .

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: +

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
~
ALEXANDER A. TYSON and BERTIE L. TYSON be and the same is hereby ~
;
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever ;
~

~ freed from the bonds of matrimony hertofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of GREGORY A. TYSON, minor ch~ild :
of the parties, is hereby awarded to BERTIE L. TYSON with `
~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to ALEXANDER A. TYSON.

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the Z day of - ,
~ 1976, ALEXANDER A. TYSON shall pay to BERTIE L. TYSON the sum {
of $20.00 each and every week, for the support of the child
