THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the sworn petition of
C,AARLEY A. BAILEY, son of the decedent, an interested party in the
estate of M. T. BAILEY, SR., deceased, and it appearing that the }
Petitioner has made diligent search and inquiry to ascertain the
names, resident and post office addresses of all persons having any
interest in the estate, and that the interested named parties in ~
the Pe~ition for Determination of Heirs ~r~d Homestead was served
with the Petition by formal notice under the rules of Probate Pro-
cedure, and the court having found and determined~that the decedent
M. T. BAILEY, SR.; a/k/a MARK TGIAYN BAILEY, ~R. died intestate on
Maq 29, 1958, in Ft. Pierce, Florida, and at the time of h=s death
