IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above described
real property and all improvements thereon constituted the homestead
of the decedent within the meaning of Section 4 of Article 10 of
the Florida Conatitution, and statutes thereto in existence on May
29, 1958, and that upon dec~,le~id~nt's death, the said property descended
to the decedent's spouse, Bl~LY J. BAILEY, for life, and the remainder
in fee simple to the children of decedent, to wit: ROSALEA BAILEY
DAYTNER, HENRY N. BAII.EY, R. WLSLEY BAILEY, CHARLEY A. BAILEY, MARK
T. BAILEY, JR., BETTY BAILEY FANNER, DELIA BAILEY HENNESSEY and
PENNY L. BAILEY WOOD.
