On Novemeer 23, 1973, the Honorable Wallace Sample, in a final
judgment for dissolution of marriage, ordered that JBRALD E. SMITN pay
BARBARA J. ST!ITH the 8um of a25 per week per child for the support of
two children and $35 per week as alimony for the wife. Since that Cime,
testimony revealed, total payments amounted to $120. No Petition for
Modifica[ion ~as ever heard by this C ourt and the final judgment remains
in full force and effect.
