FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the 29th day of June, ~
1976, and the Husband having appeared with counsel and a default
having been entered against the Wife for failing to file or serve an
answer or other pleading. And the Court having given full considera-
tion to all the evidence, finds and determines:~ This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; that
the relations of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties,
the equities are with the Husband and against the Wife, and the
Husba~d is entitled to dissolution of marriage. .
It is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGID as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Husband
~
4 JAMES A. HALL, and the Wife, JOHNNIE MAE HALL, be and the same is

: hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby
~ -
~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
,
~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

6 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAMES HALL, JR., LISA FAY HALL,

~ DENISE HALL, LYDIA I~ALL, CRIS HALL and IRIS HALL, minor children

~ of the Husband and Wife, is hereby awarded to the wife with.

reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband.
= 3• SUPPORT. The Husband shall pay to the Clerk of the Court

the sum of Thirty-Five and No/100 Dollars t$35•00) per week, as long

~ as the Husband is presently unemployed, and upon the Husband resuming

; his employment, the support 3ha11 increase to Seven and 50/100 Dollars

~ (~7.50) per week per child, which shall be remitted to the Wife.
