FINAL Ji~DG1~NT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on f~r final hearing on the 29th day of June, ~
1976, and the Wife having appeared with counsel snd a default having
been entered against the Husband for failing to file or serve an
answer or other pleading. And the Court having given full considera-
tion to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relations of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties;
the equities are with the Wife and against the Husband, and the
Wife is entitled to dissolution of marriage.
It is thereupon, _
ORDERID and ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Wife,
! THELMA DORIS KIJIGHT, and the Husband, LUGENE KNIGHT, be and the same
:
I is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby
~
! forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
~ them and from the obligations arising there~from.
I
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of LUGENE KNIGHT, JR., age 7, FRDIEST
KNIGHT, age 6, TERRY KNIGHT, age 3, and LASHONDA RNIGHT, age 2,
minor children of the Husband and Wife, is hereby awarded ~o the ~
Wife with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband. , ~
~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 2nd day of July, 1976, the
~ -
~ Husband shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the sum of Forty
~ Dollars (~40) per week, each and every week herea.fter for the
~
~ su ort of the minor children named herein which shall be remitted ~
