AGREEMENT
THIS AGftEEMENT, made and entered into this ~ay of June,

1976 by and between WILLIAM J. BOSSO and JOSE H. SOTOLONGO, Parties of
the Firat Part, hereinafter referred to as Purchasers , and M. 6 W. LAND, INC
a Tennesaee aotporation authorized to do buainesa in the State of Florida, Party ~
of the Second Part, hereinafter referred to as Seller,
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS , the Purchasers have on thia date acquired the title from
Seller to the lands described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference made
a part hereof, and -
WHEftEAS , it is the intention of the Purchaser to improve the lands
described as Exhibit "A" by the oonstruction of oondominiums thereon and in
conjunction therewith to construct a sewer treatment plant on said landa to
accomodate their development, and
WHEREAS , it is the deaire of the Seller to have the right to expand
said sewer treatment plant for the purpose of providing sewage treatmen~ to

Ii properties owned by it in the vicinity of the lands described in Exhibit "A" ,

~ WHEREAS , it is the desire of the parties that the Seller be afforded
a

such right to expand and utilize any sewage treatement facilities conetructed by

~ Purchaser provided such expansion is at the expense of the Seller, its successors

~ WHEftEAS, it is the de8ire of the parties to set forth their agreement in
~ writing that the same be recorded in the ~iublic reoords of St . Lucie County, Florida,

that the agreementa heretofore provided in the oontract of Sale and Purchase to be _
~ oonfirmed and survive the closing of the sale between the parties . - ~

~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the oovenants and agreements

~ herein contained, the sale of the lands in Exhibit "A" by the Seller to the Purchaser ,
