Plat Book 7, page 13, of the public recorda of St. Lucie'County, Florida; run- thence
North 89 degrees 53 minutes West along the North line, 96.14 feet to the Easterly right
of way of State Road A-1-A; thence South 22 degrees 47 minutes 45 seoonds East along
said right of way, 200 feet; thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes East, 94.92 feet; thence
North 22 degrees 26 minutes Weat 200 feet to the Point of Beginning.
