MOTION TO AMEND FINAL JUDGMENT
The Wife, RUTH MARIE MILLER, through her undersigned ~

attorney, respectfully moves this Court to amend the Final Judgment
dissolving the marriage of the parties hereto which was previously
entered on April 12, 1976, to restore her to the surname carried by -
- _
her children by a previous marriage, i.e., RUTH MARIE TRUDELL, and
in support th ereof, respectfully shows:
1. At the time of filing of the Petition for Dissolution of
Marriage, the Wife felt that- restoration of her name by a previous
marriage, requiring correspondence with the Social Security
Adtninistration, Internal Rc:venue Service and merchants and companies
extending credit, was not warranted.
2. Since the dissolution of marriage, the Wife has found

' that ~t would be advantageous to be restored to the surname carried
~
~ by her children by a previous marriage, i.e., RUTH MARIE TRUDELL.

~ 3. There is nothing about this request that would be
~
~ prejudicial to the Husband, and would in fact be beneficial to him.

~ WI~:REFORE, the wife~respectfully moves this Court to amend
~
~ the Final Judgment so as to restore her ta the surname carried by
~ her children by a previous marriage, i.e., RUTH MARIE TRUDELL,
