ORDER •
This cause coming to be heard upon the Motion of the
Wife to amend the Final Judgment and to restore her to the surname .
carred by her children by a previous marriage, i.e., RUTH MARIE
TRUDELL, and it appearing to the Court that entry of the Order
would in no way prejudice the His band, and the Court being advised
in the premises,
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED as follows:
Z. The Final Judgment previously entered herein on April 12
- 1976, is amended to add a 6th paragraph as follows:
6. RUTH MARIE MILLER be and she is hereby
authorized to assume her former name of
RUTH MARIE TRUDELL and to use the same
in all respects as if the marriage had
i not intervened.
