TERMINATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this •'f day of ,
1976, by and between ORANGE AVLNUE GROVES, INC., a Florida
' corporation (hereinafter referred to as "OWNER"), and EGAN,
FICKETT & COMPANY, a corporation with principal place of
business in Fort Pierce, Florida, (hereinafter referred to
as "EGAN").
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Owner owns land in St. Lucie County, Florida,

The West 1/2 of NW 1/4 of Section 2 and the
NW 1/4 of Section 10, all being in Township
35 South, Range 38 East, less rights of~way
for public roads and drainage canals.
WHEREAS, Owner and Egan entered inte a certain "Financing
and Marketing Agreement" dated April 4, 1975, regarding the
cultivation of the citrus trees located on the land described
above and the harvesting of the citrus fruit; •
WHEREAS, Owner and_Egan have agreed to terminate the
r Financing and Marketing Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten

t Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations,~each to

~ the other in hand paid and in the further consideration of

p the respective covenants and agreement hereinafter set forth

~ to be kept and performed by each of the parties hereto, it is
~ agreed as follows:
~ 1. Owner and Egan do hereby terminate as of the date

~ of this Agreement all rights granted the parties and obligations
~
~ imposed upon the parties under the terms of the Financing and
~
Marketing Agreement dated April 4, 1975, and recorded in O.R.
= Book 238, Pages 688 through 692, inclusive, of the public
~
~
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
