This action came on for hearing the 29th day of June, 197b, upon
the Defendants' Motion for Order Releasing and Returning Impounded Coins and
Artifacts, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence; ~
therefore it is ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. That Roger Poitras, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Saint ~

Lucie County, Florida, is hereby directed to return to the Defendants, Indinn ~
River Trading Gompany and J. W. Dickson, all of the items impounded in the Sun ~
Bank of Saint Lucie County on January 4, 1973, and included in the list filed
by RogeY Poitras, Clerk (which list was attached to the Motion for Order ~

R~2~asing and Returning Impounded Coins and Artifacts).

2. That Roger Poitras, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Saint Lucie ~ ~

County, Florida, is hereby directed to prepare a receipt to be signed by each ~
! ~
~ of the Defendants, Indian River Trading Company and J. W. Dickson. Such ~
~ receipt to list each item as it was inventoried in the January 4, 1973 list
l . ~
~ prepared by Roger Poitras, Clerk, and said receipt shall recite that the items ~
~ on the January 4, 1973 list and on the receipt constitute all of th~ items ~
~ ~
; that the Clerk of the Circuit Court had possession of at the time they were }
~ ~
~ impounded in the Sun Bank of Saint Lucie County during the course of the trial ~
~

in this cause.
