DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 20th day of July, 1976 ~

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, i
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties ~

and subject matter of this su~t; that the relation of husband ;
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage }
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be ~
dissolved. It is thereupon {
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: '
1. DISSOLUTZON OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between .
EDD BROWN and LAVERTA E. BROWN be and the same is hereby

~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever ~

~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
~

~ them and from the-obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custady of MICHEAL KARAVITO BROWN and
~ SEMITRA LYt1N BROWN, minor children of the parties is hereby
~ awarded to LAVERTA E. BROWN with reasonable visitation rights
~ reserved to EDD BROWN. _

3. SUPPORT . Commenc ing the Z day of ,

~ $30.00 each and every week for the support of the children
