4. PROPERTY. LAVERTA E. BROWN is to receive full
ownership of the 1971 Ford automobile and the Husband, EDD
BROWN will execute all papers necessary to transfer said
ownership to the Wife, LAVERTA E. BROWN. In the event that
the husband fails to execute the necessary papers to transfer
said ownership to the wife, this Final Judgment of Dissolution
of Marriage shall within thirty (30) days from the date of
same, transfer said title out of the husband and wife's name
to the wife's name alone.
The wife, LAVERTA E. BROWN•shall have the furniture
and the Husband, EDD BROWN is required to move out of the house
located at 3010 Carver Street, Fort Pierce, Florida and can
remove his personal belongings and shall do so within ten (10)
days from the date of this Final Judgment of Dissolution of
Marriage.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby

~ 6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and '
