FELICE LYONS, as Executrix of the Estate of Milton W. Lyons,
Deceased, Probate No. 75-2234, Probate Division, Circuit Court of
the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Dade County, Florida, in
distribution of said estate, has and does heXeby sell, transfer, assign
and set over unto FELICE LYONS, her heirs, personal representatives,
successors and assigns, each of the following mortgages and notes
secured thereby including all accrued interest. Each of such mortgages
encumbers property in the State of Florida and was originally give or
granted to Milton W. Lyons, as the or~iginal mortga~ee.
