FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming on this day to be heard upon plaintiffs'
motion for final judgment, and the Court having examined the veri-
fied complaint together with its exhibit and the answer thereto,
and it appearing to the Court that the averments con}ained in the
verified complaint are true, that no material facts have been con-
cealed, and that plaintiffs are entitled to a conveyance of the
legal title now held by the defendants herein to the following real

~ pursuant to the terms of the administrative tax deed which is the

~ subject matter of this suit, plaintiffs are entitled to a com~eyance

~ of said legal title and should be granted the decree of specific
performance prayed for such that any legal rights, title or interests
~ in the above described real property now held 'ny the defendants, or
~
~ any of them, shall be conveyed to plaintiffs or cut off and extinguished,
~
~ and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is upon
~ consideration,
