FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause corning on this day to be heard upon plaintiffs'
motion for final judgment, and the Court having examined the veri-
fied complaint together with its exhibit and the answer thereto,
and it appearing to the Court that the averments contained in the
. verified complaint are true, that no material facts have been con-
cealed, and that plaintiffs are entitled to a conveyance of the
legal title now held by the defendants herein to the following real

Lot 19, Block G, HARMONY HEIGHTS
ADDITION, as per Plat Book 8, page
38 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida,
of which the plaintiffs are the true and equitable owners, and that
pursuant to the terms of the administrative tax deed which is the
subject matter of this suit, plaintiffs are entitled to a conveyance
of said legal title ar.d should be granted the decree of specific
performance prayed far such that any legal rights, title or interests
in the above described real property now held by the defendants, or
any of them, shail be conveyed to plaintiffs or cut off and extinguished,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is upon
consideration,
