amended complaint is denied. Defenda~it JAMES L. BODUET shall
have twenty (20) days in which to file responsive pleadings to
said amended complaint. _ ~
~ 4. Defendant JAI~tES SPOSATO, JR.'S motion for protective
order is granted, except that all business records, insurance

policies, checks and any other documents which relate to any
transaction or any dealings with the 1971 Ford Econo Van, which
forms the basis of this action, shall be produced to the plain-
tif£s for inspection, copying or photographing.
Further, the defendants are ordered, within thirty (30)

days from the date of this order, t~`supply the plaintiff's
attorney with the answer to the following question: "ltfhat is
your net worth?".
5. By stipu~ation of ~ounsel, it was agreed that the
plaintiff shall not seek punitive damages against defendant,
