FINAL JUDGMENT
~
THIS CAUSE having come on for tria! before the Court, pursuant to an
Order Setting Non-Jury Trial, on July l4th, l976 at the St. Lucie County Courthouse,
Fort Pierce, Florida, and the Plaintiffs and Defendants having appeared both personally
and through counsel, they having entered into negotiations pcior to trial, and upon the
case being cailed announced to open Court settlement of this cause, and agreed to the
entry of this Final Judgment.
WHEREFORE, IT IS DULY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
Due and lega[ ser~~ice of process has been had upon the Defendants
in this cause.
2. The Court has jurisdiction af the parties in this cause and its subject
ma*ters; the allegatio~~s contained in the Counterclaim have been stipulated to by ihe
Plaintiffs, and the equities in this ca~se are with the Defendant, L~.A.D., INC.
3. The Ptaintiffs Complaint as to the Defendants, D.A.D., INC. and
7. W. DICKSOi~t, are herewith dismissed with pr~judice.
4. The mortgage sued upon by the Defendant, D.A.D., [NC. in this cause
constitutes a valid f irst lien upon the property described as:
Lot 5, Block t, SOUTHERN PI1~E5 SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plai thereof, recorded in Plat
- Book 9, at Page 68, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. The Court f inds that the Plaintif f s, DAVID BROW N and ESStE BROV4'N,
his wife, are indebted to the Defendant, D.A.D., INC., pursuant to the '.1lortgage and
Articles of Agreernent sued upon in the Counte~clairr~ in the sum of $1,868.21, including
principal and interest to July 14th, l976.

6. The Co~~rt further determines that each party to tnis cause shall bear
the:r ov-n cosis and attorneys fees.
7. The sum set forth in this Final Jud~ment is no~~ due and owing by
t~e Plaintiffs, DAVID BROWIV and ESSIE BROWI~s, his wife, to the Defendant, D.A.D, INC.,
a Florida corporation, and in addition, suct~ further sums as may be paid by the Defendant,
