This Cause was heard before the Court on July 15, 1976
upon the Amended Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and Answer,
and BILLIE JEAN ROSENSTROM, Petitioner, having appeared with
counsel, and HOLGER NEAL ROSENSTROM, Respondent, having appeared ~

through counsel, and the Court having heard the testimony of the
Petitioner and her witness, and having considered the evidence, ;

arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the ;
premises, the Court finds: ~ '

j l. That it has jurisdiction over the parties and the

~ subject matter of this action. . '
~ 2. That there are two children born of this marriage:

~ I Leif Erik Rosenstrom, age four, male, and Anna Marlene Rosenstrom,
~ age two, female and Petitioner, BILLIE JEAN ROSENSTROM, is the ~
~
~ fit and proper person to have care, custody and control over the
~ '
above named minor children.
~ 3. That the parties entered into a Separation and
~
~ Property Settlement Agreement~dated October 18, 1975 which was
~

~ admitted by the Court and shall be incorporated in this Final
~

Judgment.
4. That the marriage of the parties is irretrievably
- broken.
}r 5. That Petitioner's maiden name was Billie Jean Damon

~ and Petitioner desires to be restored to her maiden name.
