are hereby dissolved. }

2. That the Property Settlement Agreement dated October ~
18, 1975 is hereby incorporated by reference into this Judgment ~

and the parties are ordered to comply.with all the terms of the
said Agreement.
3. The care, custody and control of the minor children:
Leif Erik Rosenstrom, male, age four, and Anna Marlene Rosenstrom,
female, age two, is granted to Petitioner, BILLIE JEAN ROSENSTROM,
subject to reasonable visitation privileges of the Respondent.
4. That the Petitioner, BILLIE JEAN~ROSENSTROM, is
hereby restored to her maiden name of Billie Jean Damon and she
shall be known as Billie Jean Damon from this day forth.
