ar~d assumpt~on until and unless ~atisfactory financial reports and other personal data requ+red by the ~
Assoc~aticn are furnished to the Association by the party acquiring tftle to the premises, or any part
thereo! Sy ~ivinR its consent to such conveyance, the Assec~ation shall not be deemed fo have released
