certain mortgage given by FOSTER V. WRIGHT, JR. and CECILIA ANN WRIGHT, his wife
dated November 15 , 19 74 , recorded* in Official Records Book
233 page 23~p. , u~pder Clerk's File No. 205491 , in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lt~3cie County,
State of Florida; given to secure the sum of $ 28,000.00
and encumbering property described in said mortgage, does hereby
acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said mortgage and all
indebtedness secured thereby and does hereby authorize and direct
the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel said mortgage of record.
