I hereby name, naainate and appoint my husband, CHARLES
G. WAGNER, as Executor of this tnTill to serve without bond. If ~
my said husband should die, resign, be disqualified, uriwilling
or unable to act as such ~cecutor, then I name, nominate and
appoint ST. LUCI$ COUNTY BArII~, fbrt Pierce. Florida, or its
successor, as bcecutor.

My h'~cecutor shall have the power at any time and from
time to time, at public or private sale. for such price and upon
such terms and with such security for deferred payment as to him
or it may seesn best, to sell, mortgage, pledge, exchange, assign,
transf~r or otherwise dispose of any part or all of the assets
of my estate, for any purpose consistent with the orderly admin-
istration of my estate.
