ORDER OF DISCHARGE
This proceeding was heard upon the final accounting of
personal representative and receipt of beneficiary and consent
to discharge which contained a prayer by the persor_al represent-
ative for discharge and a ratification a nd affirmance of annual
accountings and the final accounting filed by the personal ~

representative's attorneys on her behalf in the Estate of JOHNNIE
E. DORMAN, Deceased, and the Court finding that the Estate has
been properly distributed, that the claims of creditors have been
paid or otherwise disposed of, that the sole remaining party in
interest has consented to discharge without delay, notice, or
hearing, and that the personal representative should be discharged;
