LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF ~
HELEN F. PORE
I, HELEN F. PORE, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish and deClare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me. k
CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay out of my
residuary estate all of my just debts, including the ex-
penses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give, devise and bequeath all of the
rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and per-
sonal, wherever situate and whether acquired before or after
the execution of this Will, to my husband, HO~RD PORE, pro-
vided he survives me, and if my said husband, does not sur-
vive me, then all of said property shall go instead as fol-
' lows :
~ A. '_!~aenty-five percent (25$) thereof shall be dis-
; tributed as follows:

`i 1. One-third (1/3) thereof to my brother,
i ALBERT FOX, provided that if he does not
~ survive me, then said share shall be equally
divided between my brother, JAMES FOX, and
~ VADA FOX (wife of my deceased brother, HAROLD
FOX); provided, however, that if the said
VADA FOX has remarried at the date of my
death, then her share shall lapse and she
~ shall receive no portion of my estate.
~ 2. One-third (1/3) thereof to my brother,
~ JAMES FOX, provided that if he does not
~ survive me, then said share shall go equally
~ to my brother, ALBERT FOX, and VADA FOX (wife
{ of my deceased brother, HAROLD FOX); pro-
~ vided, however, that if the said VADA FOX
has remarried at the date of my death, then
~ her share shall lapse and she shall receive
~ no portion of my estate.
