PORE, and my husband's daughter, ALICE M. BOHL; provided, however, that in the event either.of my said ~ husband's children is not then living, the share of such deceased child shall be distributed ~ equally to the then living children of such de- ceased child; provided, however, that the share of any beneficiary who has not attained twenty- one (21) years of aqe shall be retained by the Trustee hereinafter named•and until such bene- ficiary attains twenty-one (21) years of age, the Trustee may pay such part of the net income and principal of such beneficiary's share to or for the benefit of such beneficiary as the Trustee determines, in its discretion, to be necessary for such beneficiary's health, maintenance, educa- tion and support. When such minor beneficiary at- tains the age of twenty-one (21) years, then such beneficiary's share shall be distributed outright to such beneficiary, per stirpes and not per capita.
