1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as the natural
mother an~i faLher of the deceased and Petitioners' names and addresses are
IGNAZIO BIOI~DO and BARBARA BIOND0,~201 Jay Street, Apart~ent E-64, Stowe, :
Pennsylvania, 19464, and the name and address of Petitioners' attorneys
are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, IGNAZIO BIODTDO, IV, whose last known address was
3030 Souti. Federal Highway, The Pleasure Cove Mobile Home Park, Port St.
Lucia, Florida, died on January 25, 1974, and at the time of death, Decedent ~
was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. ,
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
