The petition of RICHARD W. COLLINS to be appointed as guardian of
his father,.William E. Collins, an incompetent, coming on to be heard
this 20th day of July, 1976 and it appearing to the Court that said
incompetent owns no property in this state and that it is necessary for
a guardian to be appointed for the person of such incom~etent; and the
court being fully advised;
